I see little benefit in doubling my investment by splitting ever single edit out, but we'll see if we can reach a compromise. Otherwise, I may just include a forked/unofficial underscore release within the library that I had hoped to use it in. It's not nearly as nice as getting the "official" module updated, but not as nasty as polluting the base of the namespace with a close cousin. Cheers!
