You're a volunteer, and that means Real Life takes priority. I was once a member of a volunteer organization that started treating volunteers like low-level employees. The resultant implosion was both spectacular and painful, and I want to be no part of doing that to anyone else. Thank you for doing the vital gatekeeping job you do.
