I’m one of the PAUSE admins, and I’m emailing you wearing that hat.

Chase Whitener has applied to be given co-maint on File::Slurp, so he can do 
one or more releases to addresses outstanding issues.

There hasn’t been a release of File::Slurp since 2011, so are you happy for him 
to get co-maint? See his email below.
