You have first-come permission on the “T2” namespace, which is in the T distribution (released in E/EX/EXODIST/T-0.001.tar.gz). No-one else has permissions on this. You also have first-come permissions on “t2” (lower-case variant), which doesn’t appear to be in a release on CPAN.
