Hi Peter, I’m one of the PAUSE admins. I’m working on resolving conflicts caused by PAUSE now considering package names case insensitively. This has left us with some situations where two or more people are owners of namespaces previously considered distinct, and now considered the same.
You have ownership of the Crypt::Tea namespace, which now conflicts with Crypt::TEA. Given that your module was released later, I suggest that the way to resolve this is for you to rename your distribution Crypt::Tea::PP or similar. Or if you’re not interested in maintaining this any longer, you could remove it from CPAN, and then I could free up your permissions. Are you happy to rename the module and distribution? PAUSE doesn’t let situations like this occur any more, so I’m working on resolving the existing cases. Cheers, Neil
