Hi Eric, I’m emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat: I’m working on resolving conflicts caused by PAUSE now considering package names case insensitively. This has left us with some situations where two or more people are owners of namespaces previously considered distinct, and now considered the same.
You are the owner of the “Lvalue” package, and have an Lvalue module indexed on CPAN. This now conflicts with the “lvalue” package, owned by PAUSE use MONS. Your module hasn’t worked with any version of Perl from 5.17.1 onwards, so if you’re not planning to maintain it, perhaps we could delete it from CPAN, to resolve the conflict? If you want to keep it on CPAN, would you be happy to rename it please? Maybe to something like Lvalue::Accessors or something like that? Cheers, Neil
