Erroneous capitalization in initial package upload to PAUSE

Hi Mark

I can see the distro when I use MetaCPAN to search, so that's good. It's 
V 0.216.

Also, when I log in to PAUSE, there is an option down the left: Force 
Reindexing. You could wait a few days and try that. If you don't have 
that option, let us know and someone else could try it. Just make sure 
you delete the erroneous version of the distro ASAP.
