Erroneous capitalization in initial package upload to PAUSE

Hello!

I seem to have made a mess that I am unable to fix.  I hope you can give 
me advice?

I created a set of modules, and packaged them up for upload to PAUSE.  
Unfortunately, one of them had an incorrect capitalization in its 
package name.  I fixed the error and re-uploaded, but PAUSE continues to 
say that the capitalization is incorrect (even now that it is corrected!)

I'm at a loss, therefore, as to what I can do.  The package is available 
on CPAN (http://search.cpan.org/~markw/FAIR-Data-0.216/) but isn't 
indexed by CPAN.

Suggestions?
