Ah.  I had never seen that and have no idea what process updates those.
 It's entirely orthogonal to module indexing.  As far as I know, PAUSE
re-indexing is only for modules.

On that page, it says to report problems to Kurt Starsinic.  He does read
this list, but you might want to email him directly.
