Hi, Graham.

Scripts are never indexed, only modules.  Typically, people who want to
release a script that people can install with a CPAN client include it in
an ordinary CPAN distribution with a module that *is* indexed.  The App::*
namespace is often used for this and you can see examples there.  (E.g.
App::Ack)
