There were modules in the DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader dist and the 
Catalyst::Model::DBIC::Schema dist that I uploaded that I never gave anyone 
permissions for.  

Matt S. Trout reassigned primary maintainership for those modules away from me 
without my approval.
