Dear Joni, Thank you for your interest in contributing to so many modules. However, A PAUSE ID is only needed to actually upload distributions to CPAN. You can still contribute bug reports and patches without it, either by email or using a Bitcard ID: http://www.bitcard.org/.
When you're ready to upload something to CPAN, we'd be happy to consider your request at that time.
