I have implemented a Moose-based NewsML-G2 writer, which I'd like
to open-source and upload to CPAN, for other news agencies to use.
For the curious, NewsML G2 is an international XML standard used by
news agencies, newspapers, publishers to exchange news stories. The
standard is actively developed by the committee
