I'm the maintainer of the Python spatialite extension
(pyspatialite), which much like this proposed one is simply an
extension of the pysqlite module to compile in the necessary
spatialite functions. In this case, DBD::Spatialite seems like the
logical choice of a namespace, as this module extends the
functionality of DBD::SQLite.
