I'd like to offer to take up maintainership of HTML::Scrubber.
Intention is to deal with the bug queue and do basic maintenance, no great
plans for massive rework or world domination.
This shouldn't be a problem, although we like to follow the process we
outline in the "About PAUSE" docs:
brian is, of course, right, but since I just saw that the same process
was followed in 2008 by Jan Dubois*, I see no reason to not go with
granting co-maintenance quickly in this case.
Nigel, I just assigned co-maintenance permissions to you.
Podmaster, in case you read this and object, please do note that this is
a reversible action.
