This module hierarchy is being developed as the basis for an
automated abuse management system at a large ISP.
Its included toolset can detect a growing number of complaint
types, allowing an automated process to sort the information, open
tickets automatically and generally acting quickly in responding to
AUP abuse incidents.
The author feels that publishing this hierarchy of modules might
spur interest in creating a standard format for abuse complaints.
