I am a little confused about the proper procedure for submitting a module with patches/improvements. I have recently made some changes to the Net::Server::NonBlocking module that allow the module to run properly on Win32 platforms. I tried to send my changes to the original module author, but the mail keeps bouncing. This is strange to me as the author updated the module as recently as July this year.

Anyhow, if anyone could give me a basic outline of the procedure to upload a module update I would appreciate it.
