This module allows people to read snoop logs in perl. Snoop logs
obey RFC1761. No module currently exists that can do this.
Snoop and TcpDump are the two most popular network sniffing tools.
Snoop is usually only available on Solaris making it less common,
however what is attractive about snoop logs is that they obey solid
standards (RFC1761).
