Are you sure? The draft rfc calls it "Hashcash", the official webpages
call it "Hashcash", the inventor calls it "Hashcash", too.

So I think the literature term in in fact "Hashcash".

In addition, the existing reference libraries and codes all call it
"Hashcash", too, so calling it "HashCash" just makes it difficult to type
and confusing.
