Or is PAUSE now simply conceding namespace based on "first come, first serve" (as the automatic mails from PAUSE after an upload seem to indicate)?
I'm new to the [EMAIL PROTECTED], and I haven't the slightest idea what's going on. Nor do I know what the difference is between registered vs nonregistered modules (i.e., what it is that registration means and implicates), nor what difference there is between Modulelist registration and PAUSE ownership.
