Pod::<Target> seems to be applicable to a POD converter module, in
the tradition of Pod::Text etc.
In fact, Pod::PerlPoint is a subclass of Pod::Simple, but this
might change (as it did from version 0.01 to 0.02 - version 0.01 was
a subclass of Pod::Parser). More, Pod::PerlPoint seemed to be most
intuitive to users.
