The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List: modid: WWW::LEO DSLIP: adpOp description: dictionary interface to http://dict.leo.org userid: ZIEFLE (Jrg Ziefle) chapterid: 15 (World_Wide_Web_HTML_HTTP_CGI) communities:
similar: rationale: This module provides an object-oriented interface to the online dictionary at http://dict.leo.org. I've called it WWW::LEO, as its purpose fits in the row of WWW::* modules (modules that interface to web sites of various sorts), where the term LEO identifies the "target site". (LEO is an acronym for "Link Everyting Online".) I believe that the module should be listed in the module list, as it is probably quite useful for a broader audience, especially for Germans. (LEO is well-known around there, so the name should suggest the dictionary type purpose of the module.) enteredby: ZIEFLE (Jrg Ziefle) enteredon: Fri Nov 8 18:49:52 2002 GMT The resulting entry would be: WWW:: ::LEO adpOp dictionary interface to http://dict.leo.org ZIEFLE Thanks for registering, The Pause Team PS: The following links are only valid for module list maintainers: Registration form with editing capabilities: https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=add_mod&USERID=c8300000_d975adc6f23e9b8f&SUBMIT_pause99_add_mod_preview=1 Immediate (one click) registration: https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=add_mod&USERID=c8300000_d975adc6f23e9b8f&SUBMIT_pause99_add_mod_insertit=1
