OpenSST is a generic message and protocol to create transaction.
Transaction can be signed, crypted and some specific information.
The main issue is OpenSST could be part of multiple Namespace like
Crypt:: or Signature::... But is more a generic encapsulated
message. So OpenSST seems a better choice.
