Yep, that sounds sensfull.
So I know, how to call the two procedures:
Lingua::DE::ASCII::to_ascii($text) and
Lingua::DE::ASCII::to_iso($text).

(At the moment they are called 
ascii_to_mutations and mutations_to_ascii -- 
really a little bit ugly).
