I'd like to start giving something back to the Perl community by release
CPAN modules. I therefore request to be a registered developer. Here's

Plans: There are a number of things I'd like to contributed. First up is
a simple module for formatting people's names. More generally, however,
I'm working on a framework for building large applications in Perl, and
it includes a large number of modules that may be of general use. It
will include yet another class maker module, type checking, date
manipulation, and database access.
