A meta-directory view of LDAP requires knowledge of the object
class organization and attribute types. This module can parse the
LDAP configuration files that define this organization.
The functional aspect will return a hash structure representing the
contents of the file(s). The OO interface will provide methods to
access the same information.
An alternate name may be Config::OIDTable.
