I would like to add a new module to CPAN
Module Name: Time::Tai64n
DSLI: adcfb
Description: convert tai64n to fractional seconds
CPAN User-ID: GHALSE
This module provides a way to convert the tai64n used by many applications
(such as Dan Bernstein's daemontools package) into seconds since the
epoch. This makes it easy for traditional time handling functions to
use the tai64n timestamps.
