Long Description : The module I want to contribute is a template runner
you can use to create web and no web application. A one shot installer
and configurator, and a bookmark browser have already been developped
with this technology. This runner has been ported in Java and Php too.
It aims at providing a Web Service Development Framework that permits to
construct web pages without coding anything except Html. This can be
done thanks to BO (Babel Objects) that are components written with
various programming languages that can be accessed with
LOCAL/SOAP/CORBA/...
