Description:
The Astro::Header module is an object-orientated interface for accessing
FITS headers, either directly from a FITS file using the CFITSIO module
by Pete Ratzlaff, or from a FITS NDF extension block. The publically
available methods allow the manipulation of FITS HDU and individual
header cards withoin the HDU.

Discussion:
Module discussed with another other progammers an the Joint Astronomy
Center in Hawaii, and was co-authored with Tim Jenness who has several
other modules aleady on CPAN.
