I'm not terribly enamoured of _. Personally, I'd rather then either
Device::ISDN::OCLM or just Device::OCLM. However, if there is a precedent
for the underscore I'll follow it.

"3comOCLM" would by fully qualified, but I don't think we can use the
manufacturer's name in that manner.
