Hi, Jonathan. DBD::SQLite is a pretty important module. It has
relatively recently been "adopted" into Adam Kennedy's open repository
to allow a more community approach to maintaining it:

http://svn.ali.as/cpan/trunk/DBD-SQLite/

If you're interested in working on it, please email ad...@cpan.org
with your PAUSE ID and ask for a commit bit. I'm not sure who else is
working on it, but you can probably find out from the subversion blame
logs.
