I think 1.99_07 is your problem, it's too old. Try 1.99_12.


It DOES work witht the Apache::compat dependency..

Knowing that something will be calling Apache::compat, and just following
your steps anyway, I run into issue with the section on
ModPerl::MethodLookup, in that I can't find MethodLookup.pm ANYWHERE in my
modperl installation!

Yup, cause you have an old mp2.
