I know it (zoran driver) works for other people's DC30, just not mine. I went as far as trying these motherboard chipsets - 440bx nforce3 Intel 845 Intel 945 KT266 Many, many distros. Rolled my own kernel (2.6.12-2.6.24). Compiled the zoran driver from cvs to replace the kernel .ko. mjpegtools from 1.6.2 to cvs. 32bit and 64bit. For the last week I've spent countless hours on this, and have settled on the conclusion that I just can't get it to work. No matter the combination, the results are exactly the same. Board is detected and modules load properly. Xawtv displays an overlay just fine. No capturing is possible. I managed to borrow an old DC10 from a friend. This card works out of the box. Someone want to trade my DC30 for something else?
