What commands did you use ?

A bug report containing nothing about the system (well from the last 
line I guess it is a Windows System). Not containing a word about the 
version of the mjpegtools. And the commands used for recrating the 
video. And the output from mplex when running with (-v 2).
It is highly unlikey that anybody will take a further look.

Well from what I have read between the lines, it sound to me as if the 
video has a problem like bitrate overshot or something when creating the 
video.
