I've got a Video tape. I've bought it legally, which includes stereo surround sound that I'd like to convert to DVD. There isn't a DVD version of this movie available or I'd just buy one.
I've got a WinTV card that I've been trying to use. But since I haven't installed any viewing software, I can't select the comp input for recording. I was planning to capture the video via the comp input from a SCART-Comp video adaptor rather than the aerial connection for a cleaner signal. I also want to capture the stereo through my sound card in a similar fashion and re-encode it to 5.1 AC3 format. Unfortunately ATM, I'm only capturing a green screen since I can't figure out how to switch my card to comp input. Any help? Googling only returns links to various TV viewing programs that seem very outdated. Cheers, John Gay ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
