Oh oh... you wouldn't be able to put the two .ac3 streams online someplace 
would you.  I'd like to analyse the problem some more as I'm not sure that 
the problem isn't a Bug in mplex that only gets triggered under certain 
circumstances.

Also: what Linux distro and CPU architecture are you using (x86, PowerPC, 
x86-64 etc).
