cmd=mpeg2enc -v 0 -I 0 -f 8 -F 3 -n p  -o "transcoded.m2v" -Khi-res

When I created the frames using
transcode -i _Ch210_20051007_200947.mpg -x mpeg3 -o orginal -y jpg -c
0:2:00-0:2:30
I noticed that the "original" frames have fishes also. In mplayer the _Ch210
Video was ok. So i guess it's not the export but the import to transcode,
right?
Find some frames here
http://www.schokokeks.net/mpeglist/index.html
(out2 marks frames from the recoded movie, orginal marks jpegs from PVRs File)
