Do you get lost or inserted frames ?

I have record about 14 minutes at -d 2 . And I did not encounter that
problem on the DC30. Could you send a picture of the stream when it is
corrupted ?

Does lowering the quality factor to 50 help or ist there the problem the
same ?

You have hit the 2 GB Filesize limit of AVI. You can either use
Quicktime for longer reocrdings or use a output filename like that:
test%02d.avi
