Not yet, but I'm surprisingly active in this area. Last week, I wrote
surround sound setup routines. Last weekend, I wrote dolby emulation
routines. All this is, unfortunately, not mjpegtools. I'm expecting the
next release of GStreamer to fully support this, though.

There's one problem. I only support AC-3, MPEG-2/4 AAC, Vorbis and DTS
right now (I know MP3 supports it too, and have sample files). I didn't
know surround ASF even existed. And that's what I'm really asking for:
can you mail me that file? I'd love to add surround support for all
formats. ;).
