Hi folks

I've just started to configure my DC10+ to work with my new box[1], and so
far most things appear to be working except lvs. I'm running Debian
(unstable) with their 2.6.7-1-smp kernel, plus the latest debs for
mjpegtools and linuxvideostudio. As the zoran driver seems to be one of the
very few modules not compiled as part of the build, I compiled the cvs
version of zoran-driver. After
# ./update dc10plus
it looks like all the modules are loaded & running. v4l-info shows the zoran
& DC10plus details, xawtv shows the video and lavrec captures it. What I
don't have working is the Xvideo port that lvs needs.
$ lvs-studio -t
only shows one port (Matrox backend scaler) for my G450 graphics card. I can
run lvs and capture video, but obviously don't see anything within studio.
The studio homepage says to read the README for details on that, but I
don't see anything in either the CVS versions of the README or in the one
that came with the Debian package. It's not (afaict) mentioned in the
mjpegtools HOWTO and I'm obviously using the wrong incantation to get the
answer out of Google.

Can someone either point me at The Fine Man[ual|page] I need to Read or tell
me if there's now another preferred editor instead of lvs for using with
mjpegtools (it's been a while since I used the dc10+ and lurked on the
list).

Regards, Martin
