You are using a *output Xv port* as input Xv port. The type should read "video4linux" and should show your DC10+ or other MJPEG card. You probably need to load the XFree86 X/v4l extension, see the README or FAQ on how to do that. Make sure yuou load the driver before starting X, else it won't detect the v4l device.
