I can see light vertical stripes in bright scenes in my encoded result. I can't see them in the original AVI (Xvid).
Using transcode 0.6.12, mjpegtools .93 (RC 4), xvidcore 1.0b3 like this: transcode -i "$1" -Z 720x352 -Y-64 -w 5000 --pulldown --export_fps 0,4 --export_asr 2 -V -M 4 -y mpeg2enc,null -F "8,-q 2 -K tmpgenc" -o "$1.m2v" --ext none,none
Which results in the following mpeg2enc parameters: -v 0 -I 0 -f 8 -b 5000 -F 4 -n n -p -a 2 -o "out.m2v" -q 2 -K tmpgenc
The result is the same for various -q values (tried 2, 3, 4).
