No. It's a very strong hint but you will (I have) see (very) brief spikes above that. It's not a brickwall limit... When creating SVCDs for example the limit's 2500 but I will see peaks (very short, infrequent) a few percent higher - 2600 or so. > I guess what i'm asking is, if you get all the numbers right, you should > be safe on the m2v side, isn't it true? I prefer to be cautious/safe and allow for a few percent overshoot on the peaks.
