        The other thing to try is a cvs update - some major changes and
        fixes were checked in over the last day or so, with luck they'll
        clear up the problem you're having.

        Ok, that should be ok - I'm using 0.98.35.   I don't think it's
        the cause of the problem but upgrading nasm is painless enough
        it might be worth trying.
