My, version of exportvideo (exportvideo 1.0 (with avi/nuv-patch 7e-pre9), 2001/04/04) hast that option: -Y 0|1|2 YUV4MPEG format version: 0 (old, default), 1 (new) The 1.6.* mjpeg tools need the new yuv4mpeg format.
