I was wondering if anyone out there knew if it is possible to increase the bitrate for DVD mplex'ing. mpeg2enc seems to allow you to, but mplex doesn't. Also, how to stop mplex from splitting files at 2 Gb point? I've having problems with my dvd player transitioning between chapters, so I need one source file to generate it from.
