You did remember to include the "--batch" option to lavrec when you
scheduled your "at" jobs, right?  From the manpage:

       -b/--batch
               This  option  turns off all possible interactivity
               options and limits console output as much as  pos-
               sible. Useful for cron/scheduled recordings.

Without that, you WILL get a huge number of dropped frames running lavrec
as an "at" job.
