Tonight I'll open the machine up and blow out all the dust and reseat the RAM chips. I may also reseat the heat sync on the CPU just for grins. Maybe that will solve it. I've been perusing Google groups for a while now looking for stability issues with that board and they all seem RAM-related. Clean contacts and good heat dissipation are two things I can do without replacing DIMMs (though at least DIMMs are cheap right now if it comes to that). The odd thing, though, is that it's only these three smil files that consistently segfault.
