To check if it is a problem with opening and closing the files use it
once with the option: --max-file-size and use a value of 100 (MB) so
lavrec closes and opend a new file every 100MB.

Why are you using a samplearte of 48kHz ? Can you go down for testing
purposes to 44.kHz.
