1. What's the easiest way to swap the fields of a DC10+ captured mjpeg .mov file?
   The interlacing order is only wrong spatially (the temporal order is correct).

2. After I fix an already captured movie with the problem above, how do I keep
   lavrec from doing this in the first place?  I.e., the quicktime .mov file
   has the bottom field on top, and vice versa.  How do I make lavrec record
   it the other way?  I know there's an option for AVI (-fA and -fa), but there
   doesn't appear to be a choice for quicktime.  BTW, I'm using mjpegtools 1.6.0.
